What once began as a promising idea by Gerhard Funk, then head of the “Time-Based and Interactive Media Art” studies program, and Gerfried Stocker, Ars Electronica’s artistic director, has developed over the years into a fixture in Linz’s cultural program. In the twelfth edition of TIME OUT, students from the Linz University Of Art will once again be showing selected works at the Ars Electronica Center.
