In the eleventh edition of the *TIME OUT* exhibition series, students from the “Time-Based and Interactive Media Art” program at the Linz Art University will once again be showing selected works at the Ars Electronica Center. Ars Electronica and the Time-Based and Interactive Media Art program at the Linz University of Art and Design have been working closely together for many years. As part of the *TIME OUT* exhibition series, the Ars Electronica Center provides young media artists with exhibition space for their works. Whether it’s film, sound, performances, programming or interface technology, the “Time-Based and Interactive Media Art” course of study gives its students plenty of freedom to express themselves creatively. The resulting works are as varied as the course itself-a selection of nine works can be seen under the title *TIME OUT .11* distributed over various floors in the Ars Electronica Center.
