Biography
With an academic background in communication studies and lots of hands-on experience in this field, Sanja has joined the Ars Electronica Futurelab in 2020 as a content manager. She is responsible for keeping the Ars Electronica Futurelab website up-to-date and producing new content for various Ars Electronica media channels. In addition, she is sometimes helping with research projects in regards to dissemination and communication activities.
Apart from her work at the Ars Electronica Futurelab, Sanja is writing her master’s thesis in Web Sciences, with a special focus on Social Web, at the Johannes Kepler University, where she examines, among other things, how trust is created in relation to information and what role fact-checking tools play in combating mis- and disinformation.
