Johannes Lugstein

former member

Johannes has always been fascinated with the latest technologies. He decided to study Mobile Computing at the University of Applied Sciences in Hagenberg to explore the depths of these systems and work with the latest innovations.

He was deeply involved in real time engines (such as Unity3D and Unreal Engine) already before his studies. He found that they allow for creative expression like nothing else, even in combination with latest technologies. Johannes focused on game and interactive experience development in his master studies, which he graduated from in 2020.

Besides his study programme Johannes has founded his own company to work and publish own projects and further deepen his skillset. In 2020, he joined the Ars Electronica Futurelab to work on new interactive experiences for the Deep Space 8K and other installations.
