Nextcomic – Austria’s only and unique comic festival – invites you every year to a journey of discovery through drawn worlds. Fans of the graphic arts can discover comics, graphic novels, children’s and art comics as well as related art forms such as graffiti, illustration, cartoons or animated films in various locations in Linz.
After last year’s great success, the Master School of Communication Design at HTL1 Linz is once again presenting its works of art at the Ars Electronica Center. Under the title “COMIC COLLAGE CUT – Augmented Comics 2020” the master school again developed animated comics that deal with “role models” – this year’s festival theme.
