The Agency for Cultural Affairs, the Government of Japan and Ars Electronica are inviting to a very special training program in Linz, Austria in the year 2022. During a six-month residency, the participant will have the opportunity to experience the many faces of Ars Electronica.

In this residency program for 6 months in Linz, Austria, the winner will experience the projects of the Prix Ars Electronica, the Ars Electronica Center, the Ars Electronica Futurelab as well as the Ars Electronica Festival which are carried out at Ars Electronica in a wide range of areas of work, including competition organization, education, research and festival producing.

This program is an on-the-job training program to learn the vision, philosophy, and practice of Ars Electronica. Through this program, we aim to develop human resources who can think about the power of art across science, education, and business domains, and who will be active as the next generation of curators and cultural producers who can create new cultures and frameworks without being bound by existing concepts.

Emiko Ogawa, Head of Prix Ars Electronica and Maaya Makino who is the first adopter of this program (Adopter of the R3 Program for Next Cultural Producer Incubation Project) are talking about the program and about experience at Ars Electronica, and in Linz. This Home Delivery will be presented in Japanese.
