There Is No Planet B

from the 5th school level

| | |

Climate crisis? Global change? Anthropocene? What does it all mean exactly? In today’s world, there is hardly any other topic that is taken up so often in social debates and political discussions. The talk is of climate change – and its consequences for life on our beautiful planet.

However, because we can’t simply switch to a planet “B”, in this themed tour we will not only talk about the upcoming global challenges that we as humanity will have to master, but also about possible solutions in the effort to create a livable Earth for many generations to come. On the one hand, cutting-edge technologies (such as satellite imagery, data analysis and AI systems) will help us gain an overview and discuss possible courses of action for the future together. On the other hand, technological progress itself is a big part of the problem.

Questions are allowed, discussions are very welcome and action is explicitly encouraged!
