The Step into Space Garden

Leiden University (NL)

The Step into Space Garden is a journey of discovery through the story of space and your part in it. It presents online and in person events that bring together space sciences and arts, through exhibitions and participatory activities with a focus on projects by and for youth.

spaceEU is a European-funded project that fosters a young, creative and inclusive European space community. spaceEU implements an exciting space outreach and education program to spark the interest of young people in STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Math), and to encourage them to consider space-related careers. The project inspires and broadens young minds, develops a sense of European and global citizenship, and through our shared human relationship with space, fosters long-term partnerships between people from different countries and cultural backgrounds. spaceEU is working on the establishment of a Knowledge Innovation Community (KIC) in the field of space.
