Space in the classroom
We support primary and secondary school teachers with a wide range of teacher training and in-depth knowledge about galaxies, planets, spacecraft and satellites, enriched by inspiring teaching resources. We also offer pupils of all ages exciting national and international projects and competitions where they can meet astronauts or launch satellites they have built themselves.

About Us
ESERO (European Space Education Resource Office) is a project of the European Space Agency ESA and educational partners in various European countries to promote young people’s interest in scientific issues (STEM subjects in primary and secondary education). ESERO Austria has been active at the Ars Electronica Center Linz on behalf of ESA and FFG/bmk since 2016.
The aim of ESERO is to use the fascination of the topic of space to introduce young people to scientific and technical topics. The main target group are educators and teachers at elementary, primary and secondary level. In the long term, the project aims to increase the number of children and young people who choose a career in technology and science. To achieve this goal, ESERO offers teachers a wide range of teaching materials and training programs.
