Using the Mobile App
We provide you with a mobile app that you can download to your mobile device. You are entitled to the rights described here.
When downloading the app, the necessary information is transferred to the App Store or Google Play Store. This information includes in particular the user name, e-mail address and customer number of your account, time of download, unique number of the end device (IMEI), the mobile phone number (MSISDN), the MAC address for WLAN use and the unique number of the network subscriber (IMSI). We have no influence on this data collection and are not responsible for it. We process the data provided to the extent necessary for downloading the app to your device. They will not be stored beyond this.
We do not collect any personal data when you use the app. All data required for the purpose of the app will be stored locally on your personal device.
When you start using the app, the app requires the following access rights and only for the following purpose:
- Location data (via GPS)
- Photo camera: To take the pictures and use them with the Kurumachi.
- Photos/Media/Files: To use photos already taken from your devise to the Kurumachi.
- Printer: To print files created by the Kurumachi.
- Device ID and call information: Used in the App Store for statistics
If you refuse, the app will not use this data. However, you cannot then use the corresponding functions of the app.
Data will not be transmitted to us.

Which data is processed and from which sources does this data originate?
We do not process any personal data from you. The processing of your data by the App Store or Google Play Store is not our responsibility. There is also no contract processing relationship between the operators of the App Store or Google Play Store and us.
Right of appeal
If you are of the opinion that we are violating Austrian or European data protection law, please contact us so that we can clarify any questions. You are of course also entitled to contact the supervisory authority responsible for you, the Datenschutzbehörde.
