The experiment was a success. 3,452 visitors on one day, about 400 students and teachers, five hours of experimenting and explaining, and one museum of the future.
During the “Experimentale 13” on THU March 14, 2013, students of all ages showed how exciting nature science is. The Ars Electronica Center in Linz was once again part of it and one of nine locations in Upper Austria. The goal of the bi-annual “Experimentale” was clear: Scientifical experiments, which were devised by students together with their teachers and were shown to a general public. Visitors of the museum were invited also to perform experiments for themselves. Here are some visual impressions.
