This year’s Ars Electronica Festival will take place between WED 3.9. and SUN 7.9.2025 in Linz, Austria. The venues are POSTCITY, the Ars Electronica Center, Anton Bruckner Private University, Atelierhaus Salzamt, Lentos Kunstmuseum Linz, the Stadtwerkstatt (STWST), St Mary’s Cathedral Linz, OK – Offenes Kulturhaus OÖ, FC – Francisco Carolinum Linz and the University of Art and Design Linz.
In order to optimally prepare your visit and minimize waiting times, please book your FESTIVALPASS+, FESTIVALPASS and DAY PASS online in advance and exchange it for a badge at the pick-up counter at the POSTCITY INFODESK. Your POSTCITY exhibition ticket (and POSTCITY exhibition ticket u19) purchased online will be exchanged for a wristband valid for the respective day.
Tickets for individual events and concerts will be available from mid-July, tickets for guided tours as part of our WE GUIDE YOU program from the beginning of August.
Admission to the upper floor of POSTCITY is free of charge.
Tickets can also be purchased on site; cash desks are also located at the INFODESK of POSTCITY.

POSTCITY Exhibition Ticket

Admission for children and adolescents up to and including the age of 19 is free of charge (children and adolescents under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult). Nevertheless, a POSTCITY exhibition ticket u19 must be purchased online or on site at the INFODESK for € 0,- for accessing the exhibition areas, in particular to the ground floor and basement.
