Exhibition Opening: “This World Will Disappear Before You Read It”

Resonance, disappearance and hypnotic rituals are recurrent themes in Andrius Arutiunian’s practice. These works also often rely on vernacular knowledges, speculative cosmologies, and sound as “a fluid architecture of time”.
The solo exhibition at Kunstraum Memphis presents pieces from Arutiunian’s newest series of works experimenting with psychoacoustic phenomena, ghostly presences, and slippery disappearance of time.
