Choosing a career today means finding your way in a world that is changing at a rapid pace—driven by digitalization, artificial intelligence, and the urgent shift toward a sustainable economy. But how can this transformation be made understandable and tangible—without overwhelming people?
What’s needed are new ways of conveying digital tools, interactive learning spaces, VR, data visualizations, and hands-on formats. These should not only inform, but also inspire—encouraging people to reflect, join the conversation, and actively help shape the future.
The focus is especially on professions where technological innovation, sustainability, and high training standards come together. The goal is to spark young people’s curiosity about the future—and to show them concrete ways to take action.
