Laughing Strategies is an artistic and social investigation into the politics of laughing that interrogates the thin line between coping mechanisms and complicity. In a time when public art interventions often oscillate between feel-good spectacles and uninspired displays of neutrality, the open lab asks a harder question: What does it mean to laugh in the face of crisis? Is laughter a radical act of joy that defies despair, or a dangerous detachment that numbs us to urgency and responsibility?
