Together with the team from Ars Electronica, Brotsüchtig is once again stepping in as main sponsor to host the Open Kitchen—a space to taste, recharge, and enjoy. Drop by for a taste of delicious, healthy food made with fresh, regional ingredients—all completely free of charge.
The Open Kitchen is especially designed with families in mind—a relaxed spot to satisfy a small appetite at no cost. Please keep in mind that portions are limited. We’ll be topping things up regularly, but we kindly ask you to stick to smaller snacks so everyone gets a chance to enjoy. The idea also ties into the harvest season in September— a time of abundance in the regional farming cycle. In that spirit, think of the Open Kitchen as a small, shared harvest celebration—and you’re warmly invited.
