Playing the City

Playing the City invites the audience on a playful yet critical walk from the Nibelungenbrücke to the Donaustrand, exploring the city through new ways of listening. On the bridge, paper cones are used to filter sound, offering a fresh perspective on the city’s acoustic landscape. Beneath the bridge, the audio piece Passing reflects on mobility within urban space. The walk concludes with Fluss, an audio-video walking experience along the river that highlights the relationship between humans and more-than-human life.
