On September 23, 2014, Bernd Albl (Senior Director, Ars Electronica Solutions) and Günther Berger (Shop Consulter, Umdasch Shopfitting) presented their talk “Symbiosis of two worlds: POS + Web-Shop” at the EHI Retail Design Conference in Cologne. The presentation focused on the RAG Shopping Wall, which was realized together with Umdasch – it takes the online world into the sales room, improves customer loyalty and emotionalization – and thus turns the Point of Sale into a Point of Confidence.
