Combining online and offline shopping

“Case Study: the RAG Shopping Wall” was the topic of a presentation by Bernd Albl (Senior Director, Ars Electronica Solutions) and Günther Berger (Shop Consulter, Umdasch Shopfitting) at the conference “Emotion at the Point of Sale” in Vienna.
The presentation focused on the RAG Shopping Wall, which was realized together with Umdasch – it takes the online world into the sales room, improves customer loyalty and emotionalization – and thus turns the Point of Sale into a Point of Confidence.
