Combining online and offline shopping
Bernd Albl (Senior Director, Ars Electronica Solutions) and Günther Berger (Shop Consulter, Umdasch Shopfitting) gave a talk about “Combining online and offline shopping with an interactive shopping wall“ at the “OVAB Digital Signage Conference Munich”. Europe’s leading strategy conference for the Digital Signage and Digital-out-of-Home industry took take place in Munich on September 17-18, 2014. The talk was scheduled for September 18, 1.30 pm. The presentation focused on the RAG Shopping Wall, which was realized together with Umdasch – it takes the online world into the sales room, improves customer loyalty and emotionalization – and thus turns the Point of Sale into a Point of Confidence.
