Sustainable gastronomy at create your world
As in previous years, there will be a free buffet at this year’s create your world festival with products from regional suppliers. With freshly harvested fruits and vegetables as well as bread and other delicious snacks, the buffet will offer visitors and artists a place to exchange, discuss and inspire.
On Wednesday and Sunday, the cooks of the Is nu guat (AT) campaign will prepare warm dishes from donated food that would otherwise end up in the garbage, in return for a free donation – according to the motto “Use food instead of wasting it”.
On Wednesdays and Sundays, Alfred Pointner will cook food that cannot be sold in stores for visual reasons.
