A social experiment. The author reshaped the Camden Bench, a hostile architecture based in London, with cardboard. By chosing a place for the homeless, the author hopes to arouse the audience’s thinking about the design ethics of public facilities and encourage the re-creation of public space.

Chuan Liu is an interaction designer who specializes in thinking about social class and relationships. He was reluctant to call himself an artist because he believed that a qualitative designation would create an unconscious antagonism with the audience. He likes the audience to participate in his work and critique it.
