Shortly before Christmas, Katharina Hof, cultural mediator at the Ars Electronica Center, gave a lecture entitled “Anatomy of an AI System” to roughly 500 students at the HTL Neufelden. How it happened and what the lecture was about was revealed to us by the school’s director, Walter Jungwirth.
“Art Thinking is not a methodology, but an attitude”, says Ars Electronica Futurelab curator and key researcher Hideaki Ogawa. As such, Art Thinking can be cultivated – which is precisely the aim of the new initiative Art Thinking School, premiering at the 2019 Ars Electronica Festival.
