With Kaiserschild Art Defined, the Kaiserschild Foundation is bringing works of art to life in a new way. It starts with works by Pieter Claesz, an artist from the foundation’s collection and a relevant representative of 17th century still life painting.

Three of his works have been digitised and edited to a high standard in collaboration with museum partners. The originals and digitised works will be on display at the Kunsthistorisches Museum from June 17, 2025. To kick off the exhibition, the High Resolution Images will be shown in the Ars Electronica Deep Space on June 12.
