Live-Presentation: Me & the Machines

Sat 17. May 2025 11:00 – 11:30
Me and the Machines

How does proximity to robots affect our sense of loneliness? If an AI says a certain mushroom is edible, would you dare to take a bite?

Sat. 17 May 2025, 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.: Between presentations, the researchers will be available for questions and interactive exchange.

This event is part of the Topic Weekend: research in the museum

The LIT Robopsychology Lab at the Johannes Kepler University Linz has been conducting research at the Ars Electronica Center for quite some time now, involving the audience in the psychological aspects of human-machine interaction – from the humanization of robots to trust in artificial intelligence.
On this day, the researchers of the LIT Robopsychology Lab will provide insights into their research methods and results. During live presentations, you will learn how we actually perceive robots and AI.
