Gigapixel Editions
Billions of Pixels of Art as a Video Installation
The European Patent Office (EPO) holds an extensive collection of artworks, many of which have been digitized and archived using ultra-high-resolution photography and digital image mosaics. Ars Electronica has animated three artworks as a video installation on a 12-meter-wide projection screen called “Deep Vision” – including images with up to 90 billion pixels.

NHM on tour
The Coral Bike is a mobile workshop by the Natural History Museum Vienna that focuses on the importance of and threats to marine forests. The e-bike makes stops in urban parks, where it becomes a mobile learning space for 5th to 8th grade classes: with hands-on science.

Music and Images by Humans and Machines
The program “Pianographique – Music and Images by Humans and Machines” was showcased at the acclaimed multidisciplinary festival transart23 in Bolzano, South Tyrol, on September 21, 2023.
