An immersive VR journey from above across China at the dawn of the Anthropocene.
We live in the Anthropocene epoch marked by the human influence on the planet. This 360 VR experiential nonfiction film takes us on a meditative journey for a rare and profound look inside China where rapid urbanization, major industrial development and massive changes are transforming its landscapes.
Shot over two years and through its non-verbal narrative of immersive real-world imagery, evocative soundtrack and montage, 21-22 CHINA offers a unique cinematic journey from above across the world’s second largest superpower at the dawn of the Anthropocene.
