Banned in Banat
In the year 3000, several musical styles are banned. The audience has turned into space explorers discovering a portal to recompose the first lost genre: manea (an ethno-music style popular in Romania).

This work references a recent event in Timisoara’s collective memory: the “banning” of manea by a former mayor. Presented as a booth, it challenges visitors to solve a sound puzzle to decipher the forbidden music.
