Sat 7. Sep 2024 16:00 – 17:00

In 2022, Sigurður Guðjónsson and his work Perpetual Motion were selected to represent Iceland at the 59th Biennale di Venezia. The project was realized in collaboration with the pavilion’s curator, Mónica Bello.

Her curatorial work focuses on the narratives in today’s techno-scientific culture and how artists instigate new inquiries around emergent phenomena. During her tour through the exhibition Scopes of Inner Transit at Francisco Carolinum, she will share personal insights on Guðjónsson’s art.
