Join us for a presentation by Anna Schaeffner on her project, Soft Collision (2024). She will discuss the development of a tangible soft interface for a fixed robotic arm, highlighting challenges and findings from her practice-based exploration. This project redefines human-machine interaction through a pneumatic, reactive membrane, blending soft and hard robotics. The presentation will also reflect on the interdisciplinary collaboration that shaped the design of this soft interface.
