Triangle of Sacrifice is a durational installation that evolves over years, corrupted by data on lithium extraction in the Lithium Triangle. Using mathematical models of demand and historical extraction data, it simulates the corrosion of sculptures and the sound composition over the coming years. This piece bears witness to the sacrifice of this territory for the so-called green energy transition, highlighting the sustainability demands and consumption of certain countries.
