Prix Ars Electronica

at the Ars Electroncia Festival 2024

Every year since 1987, the Prix Ars Electronica has spotlighted media artworks from all over the world and served as a trend barometer offering inspiring, current and forward-looking insights into the interface between art, technology and society.

The Prix Ars Electronica Exhibition shows the works of this year’s Prix Ars Electronica winners and is undoubtedly one of the highlights of the Ars Electronica Festival. The exhibition can be seen at the Lentos Kunstmuseum from September 4 to 8, 2024. The Ars Electronica Animation Festival presents a selection of award-winning animations at the JKU MEDCampus. At the Expanded Animation Symposium, experts will focus intensively on the topic of animation – from September 5 to 7 at the Sky Loft Ars Electronica Center. The Prix Forum, where the artists of the individual categories will have their say, will take place on September 7 in the POSTCITY Conference Hall.
