Deep Space LIVE: Black Holes
Thursday, May 24, 2018 / 7 PM

(Linz, May 22, 2018) A black hole is an object that produces such a strong gravitational field in its immediate vicinity that neither material nor information such light or radio signals can escape from it. On the evening of Thursday, May 25th, astrophotographer Dietmar Hager will discuss a group of black holes at the center of our Milky Way and elaborate on what importance they could have for our view of the world. This talk will be followed by a fascinating 3-D journey through outer space via Uniview.
