Easter vacation at the Ars Electronica Center

(Linz, March 21, 2023) If you enjoy discovering, marveling and experimenting together, come on down to the Ars Electronica Center during Easter break.

Feeding tardigrades, making “seedbombs” to green traffic islands, decorating Easter eggs with a robot, admiring sacred art in Deep Space 8k – these adventures and more are on tap at the Museum of the Future.

Deep Space Lecture: The Sebastian Altar by Albrecht Altdorfer
Art at Easter

In the early 16th century, the Regensburg painter Albrecht Altdorfer created the Sebastian Altar for the collegiate church of St. Florian – one of the most important creations of old German painting. The intense panel paintings will be impressively and expertly presented in Deep Space 8K – by theologian Dr. Michael Zugmann and art historian Dr. Lothar Schultes.
