Thursday, April 24, 2014 / 8-9 PM / Ars Electronica Center
(Linz, April 17, 2014) The internal organs of the human body take center stage at the next “Deep Space LIVE: Anatomy for All” presentation on Thursday, April 24, 2014 at 8 PM. Three chief physicians at Linz General Hospital—Dr. Franz Fellner, head of the Department of Radiology, Dr. Bernd Lamprecht, director of pulmonology (diseases of the respiratory tract), and head surgeon Dr. Andreas Shamiyeh—will compare virtual and real views of the lungs and abdomen, and show that modern technologies even make it possible to take a virtual journey through the bronchial tubes and the large intestine.
