Perception is an experimental light piece that interacts with audience members. A thin rim around the edge of the room on the floor will project the light strips’ color up onto the walls. Three cameras mounted to the ceiling will feed data to the light strips.

Biography:
Cheska Lotherington is a London-based artist who explores technology’s ability to simulate presence and mimic sensory experiences. Her interests include virtual reality, scientific phenomena and experimentations with light. Currently, she is a BA student on the BA Fine Art Print & Time Based Media course.
