As a response, the talk focuses on regenerativity and the concept of permacomputing in creative practice—inviting participants to engage with these ideas through a hands-on exercise.

Ola Bonati
Ola Bonati is a concept developer on the Life team within the Designing Regenerative Technologies project. Her work explores alternatives to tech dystopia, seeking kinder, more sustainable practices for both people and the planet. Previously, she has worked as a researcher, storyteller, and designer, creating critical media pieces on the role of big tech in everyday life. She has been actively engaged in workshops and talks, introducing the public to a regenerative approach to technology.

Judith Veenkamp
Judith Veenkamp is Head of the Life Programme at Waag and lead of Waag’s Urban Ecology Lab. Judith has a passion for new technologies and data solutions for societal issues. She develops concepts and shapes projects to create innovative solutions together with citizens and stakeholders. Judith previously worked as a communication advisor at the intersection of governance, policy, and citizenship at EMMA. She studied Politics, Conflict Studies, and Human Rights.
