Ars Electronica 2025: PANIC – yes/no
(Linz, April 2, 2025). From September 3 to 7, Linz will again become the hotspot of the international media art scene. Spread across festival locations throughout the entire city, exhibitions, performances, concerts, and conferences will be offered and mostly take place in the POSTCITY, the main location of the festival. The title is “PANIC – yes/no.”

MKD x nextcomic at the Ars Electronica Center
(Linz, March 20, 2025) The nextcomic Festival starts tomorrow – and the Ars Electronica Center is once again taking part. Through April 27, 2025, students from the MKD – Master School of Communication Design Linz will be presenting their works in the foyer and on the façade. A highlight: On March 26, the comic artists will provide fascinating insights into their work in Deep Space 8K.

45,000 US Dollars in Prize Money for Natalia Rivera and Jerónimo Reyes-Retana
(Linz/Miami, March 11, 2025) The CIFO x Ars Electronica Awards 2025 honor media art from Latin America for the fourth time. 2025, Natalia Rivera (CO) and Jerónimo Reyes-Retana (MX) have prevailed over more than 120 submissions from 15 Latin American countries. They will receive prize money totaling 45,000 US dollars.

Ars Electronica Solutions equips CODE with Deep Space
(Linz/Veszprém, March 4, 2025) Initiated as part of the European Capital of Culture Veszprém-Balaton 2023 and opened last Thursday, February 27, the new Center of Digital Experiences (CODE) combines digital education with cultural heritage. The centerpiece of the museum was designed and realized by Ars Electronica Solutions.
