This year’s winner of the Marianne.von.Willemer Prize for Digital Media 2024, Enar de Dios Rodríguez, presents her audiovisual essay Ecotone at the Ars Electronica Center for the first time on International Women’s Day.

Note: This event is part of International Women’s Day at the Ars Electronica Center.
The project will be presented in the seminar room on SAT, March 8, 2025 and SUN, March 9, 2025 during the museum’s opening hours and will also be part of the evening event in Deep Space 8K on SAT, March 8, starting at 7:00 pm.

With this thought-provoking piece, Rodríguez challenges viewers to rethink the spaces in which we live.
Known for her anti-capitalist and feminist perspective, she continually reinterprets technology through a multidisciplinary approach. Ecotone is a six-part audiovisual essay that extends across an exhibition space. Words and images appear scattered across screens, inviting visitors to reflect more deeply.
