The Open Futurelab invites you to explore the latest works of the Ars Electronica Futurelab, to engage and connect to shape the process of HOPE. We believe that art is one of humanity’s most powerful instruments to experience new potential worlds and enter a discourse about the future, inspiring HOPE in the process.
The Futurelab’s work is presented as hands-on stations, research prototypes, and artistic installations that embark on citizen science for revitalization of rural areas, behavioral AI to address public health, human synchronization through connecting realities, civic engagement on democracy, a thought-provoking campaign to re-imagine post-glacial regions, and much more.
At the Futurelab Lounge, you are invited to talks with our researchers and artists about creative business innovation and Art Science Research. This connection hub serves as a space for digesting the many contents and engaging in enriching discussions.
