Researching ways in which Data Art & Science (DAS) can aid in the local revitalization of the Shiga prefecture in Japan is one of the core goals of the DAS project.
In this talk, a representative of Toyota Coniq Alpha will discuss the efforts of the revitalization together with Ars Electronica Futurelab managing director Hideaki Ogawa. The discussion will touch upon other local examples of revitalization efforts and the long-term perspective of the project.
