Deep Space LIVE: TEXTA „Mehr oder Weniger“
DO 30.9.2021 / 19:00 – 20:30 / Price: 19€
“Put your hands up in the air” is the motto on Thursday, when the Linz rap icons of TEXTA get Deep Space bouncing and present their new album “Mehr oder Weniger” (More or Less), which will be released on October 1, in the context of a concert. Hip hop heads will not only be able to enjoy all the new tracks, but will also learn interesting background information about the genesis of the new work. The three guys from Linz will be accompanied by live visuals from Tagtool.
TEXTA are without a doubt one of the big players in the Austrian hip hop scene. Since 1993 TEXTA can look back on 8 studio albums, a live album, various EPs and collabo albums, a book, a documentary, plays and 800 concerts around the globe. Due to the death of Huckey, the band’s end is suddenly in the offing in 2018, but to the delight of their many fans, the remaining TEXTA members go back into the studio together in 2020. The result is the album “More or Less” with lots of polished beats, cuts and scratches by DJ Dan and fat raps of the two grandmasters Laima & Flip.
