AI Realities

This guided tour introduces the Festival audience the sixth edition of the art+science program of the Center for the Promotion of Science, which focuses on the creative and critical reading and analysis of the AI-based systems, their values and possibilities. This year’s exibition, AI Realities, presents 13 works and tries to act as a stage for the insightful and inspirational discussion and partnering between local and international peers in all related fields. Through an open and facilitated dialogue – established on a Danube axis between Linz and Belgrade (and bringing in numerous linked points) – an exchange of knowledge, ideas and practices is fostered and made operational. The artist Elisa Cuesta will present her work Skeens exploring digital footprints from the perspective of memory, finitude and affect. In her work, Cuesta aims to understand the subjective and emotional value of digital identities as a way of confronting the strategies of disinformation, commoditization and alienation promoted by the digital state, and to look for formulas that will allow us to inhabit it in a critical, aware and informed way.
