Oleg Stavitsky (RU)
The CEO and Co-Founder of Endel, Oleg Stavitsky innovates at the intersection of technology, art, and nature. Through Endel, he has created a cross-platform audio ecosystem that leverages neuroscience to create personalized, sound-based adaptive environments that can improve health, well-being, and mood. Prior to Endel, Stavitsky co-founded BUBL, a brand that applies digital art methods to kids apps. Along with an elite design and coding team, Stavitsky has built seven BUBL apps, all of which have received an App Store Editor’s Choice award, and many of which were selected to Best of App Store lists.

Florian is a Co-Founder and the CEO at This his biggest endeavor sets to be a one-of-a-kind multi-platform notification and analytic service for music creators. He started his career as a Jazz Drummer in the early 2000s. His own founded Highhat Studio led him to become a Gold awarded Producer and Engineer in his home country. He is also the Managing Partner of the record label Good Life Music. Florian is a music and tech enthusiast. He is a father of four and lives in Vienna.

Ivan Turkalj (HR/AT)
Head of Business Development Music Traveler, studied Cello at the „Universität für Musik und Darstellende Kunst Wien“ and „Züricher Hochschule der Künste“. He is active as a soloist, chamber musician and band member.

Taishi Fukuyama (JP)
Taishi Fukuyama has a diverse career in music and tech, from developing business for various industry leading companies such as The Echo Nest, and producing the music of chart topping Japanese and Korean artists. Taishi continues to provide insights to industry media and conferences and currently is co-founder and COO at Amadeus Code, an artificial intelligence powered songwriting assistant.
