Das Projekt Biosphere hat sich der Mission verschrieben, das Bewusstsein für die Fragilität unseres Planeten Erde und die Notwendigkeit, sich um ihn zu kümmern, zu schärfen.
Ein Ökosystem aus Pflanzen und verschiedenen Organismen in vollständig versiegelten Sphären stellt unsere Welt in winzigem Maßstab dar. Pflanzen betreiben Photosynthese und erzeugen dabei ihre eigene Nahrung und geben Sauerstoff an das Medium ab, das von anderen Organismen in symbiotischer Weise benutzt wird, wobei das Leben jedes Einzelnen vom Anderen abhängt.

Biografie:
Joaquín Fargas (AR) is an artist and the founder and director of the Exploratorio, Arts, Science and Technology Center in Buenos Aires, and director of the LatBio Lab (Latin American Bioart Lab). Fargas focuses his artistic production at the intersection of science, art and technology, proposing utopias for the preservation and interrelation of all living beings.
