On 27 February 2016 the Linz railway bridge was closed to all traffic. A few days later, the noise of an asphalt milling machine on the bridge deck announced the start of dismantling work. Shortly before, the bridge had been digitized by the company EF-TECH with a 3D laser scan. Experience the visualization of the railway bridge in this presentation and learn interesting facts about research, technology and history of steel construction.
