Alzheimer’s, a form of dementia, has become our spectre and the government intends that we should all have long-term care insurance, because it will – supposedly – affect many of us. However, we do not have to suffer from dementia when we get old. In this lecture by Dr. Manuela Maceonia, you will learn how our brain ages and which factors put it at risk. You will also learn what each of us can do to actively and proactively prevent dementia. Everyone is welcome to attend, because at the age of forty at the latest, you should start to actively care for your brain.
