Have you ever seen a robot playing with marionettes? No? Then now’s your chance! In our exhibition “Understanding Artificial Intelligence” two industrial robot arms play two marionettes. The movements were recorded by a human puppeteer and are copied by the two robot arms. Subsequently, the robot arms are to learn the puppet play themselves with the help of so-called Artificial Intelligence and then create new pieces themselves on an ongoing basis.
