Bored students in the school desks were yesterday! Peter Bauer, professor at the HTL Leonding, has come up with a concept to keep his students motivated to participate in computer science classes! Especially during the Covid-19 lockdown it was very difficult for teachers to get their students interested in school. Therefore, Professor Bauer applied the concept of gamification to teaching. In other words, he used features of computer games to make the lessons exciting and motivating without physical contact with the students.
