Mathematical patterns are not just required for digital programming: With certain geometries one can even programme analogously. The base for this process are textiles that are stretched over a frame and transform themselves into three-dimensional structures with the help of hot glue. With these simple methods we can learn a technique that, for example, is already being researched by the MIT Media Lab for the use in new processes for the production of shoes.
